Arthur Rimbuad

Updated: Apr 29, 2023

This was 4 week module in which every week we had a different way of expressing things. This module began by us reading a poem written by Arthur Rimbaud. The poem assigned to me was Seascape.

Installation

The text supporting these installations.

Beauty is state or quality which comes in a act of kindness, in nature. It further deploys the matter of fact that even small elements collectively can make a huge impact, that it has a sense of direction, the beauty coming from its fragility. As a wind starts flowing, the movement of its leaves and some dry leaves slowly falling down on the ground. The crooked branches, some dry leaves and the bark of tree growing in different direction. The tangled tendrils twisting and swirling with each other and spreads everywhere . Layer upon layer, every part of its crooked branches has its own uniqueness, that beauty can never be framed up, it solely speaks up the hidden stories.

Performing a play

The final stage included people having the same overall experience but with different aspects coming together to form a larger narrative that evoked these forms through a performative act.
